According to the South Carolina Education Lottery, there is an unclaimed Palmetto Cash 5 ticket for $100,000. The ticket was purchased from Kangaroo Express #498 at 5098 Dorchester Rd. in Charleston prior to the Thursday drawing.
The winning ticket for the Thursday, Dec. 30 drawing matched all five numbers drawn. If the winning ticket holder had purchased Power-Up for an additional $1, the $100,000 winnings would have been multiplied by "2" to $200,000.
