Sainz and Goodell both ultimately found that the TV Azteca reporter was able to do her job in the Jets locker room despite the Jets behavior. Goodell said “Sainz did not appear concerned, disturbed or troubled by what was going on around her, and that nobody had difficulty doing his or her job.”
