Dates set for Parade of Homes. This year's Parade of Homes will run from Aug. 11 to Sept. 5, the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver said today.
Participating homes will range in price from $150,000 to more than $1 million and will be located from Loveland to Castle Rock.
"This year's Parade will be even better and we're adding new features to make the experience that much more rewarding for the public and our participating builders," said Darryl Jones, the Parade of Homes' chairman.
One new feature this year will be "Dream Communities" where multiple homes all valued at $500,000 or more, with at least one half exceeding $1 million, are located in a single master-planned community.
Admission to the Parade of Homes will be free. Last year's Parade had 57 homes and drew more than 60,000 visitors.
