Riboflavin Rich Foods and Recipes. Not only are many of us looking to lose weight as part of a getting fit resolutions but we are also trying to eat healthier. With this in mind, I did a bit of research in to some great food sources for Riboflavin.

You may be wondering why riboflavin is important? Riboflavin is a water-soluble vitamin that helps the body release energy from protein, fat, and carbohydrates during metabolism. Some Riboflavin Rich Foods include:
whole grains
almonds
organ meats
wheat germ
wild rice
mushrooms
soybeans
milk
yogurt
eggs
broccoli
brussel sprouts
spinach
oily fish: mackerel, trout, eel, herring, and shad
Dried peas, beans, and some seeds such as sunflower
nori seaweed
