Hot Clicks Cerina Vincent. Our third book, Live Like a Hot Chick, teaches women, "How to Feel Sexy, Find Confidence, and Create Balance at Work & Play" - all perfect New Year's resolutions for any of you who are wasting your precious time letting LSE (Low Self Esteem) and OWL Syndrome (Overwhelmed With Life) control your life! It's time to declare it your heyday, kick up your four-inch heels, and make the decision to start living like the confident, empowered Hot Chick that we know you can be. Here are our top eleven ways to make 2011 the year that you finally begin to feel balanced, savvy, and completely in control of your life.

1. No More Dirty Talk
Shut off that nasty inner monologue that tells you that you're not good enough, skinny enough, or pretty enough, and instead start telling yourself that you are a Hot Chick who deserves to feel and live like one. If you often think, "I'm a fat pig," "I hate myself," or "I'm just a hopeless hot mess," you will never be able to fully step into your power. Those thoughts are not real, so slam the door on them and tell yourself that you're savvy, sexy, and smart! Eventually, you'll begin to believe it and others will start to see you in this new light, too!

2. Banish Business Booty
You are a Hot Chick, but you are more than just a pretty plaything, so don't let attention from some man mess with your head at work. Keep your eye on the prize instead of a penis, and you are sure to get much further in life than straddled on some fax machine with your skirt around your knees and your integrity even lower.

3. Don't Eat at Your Desk
Eating lunch at your desk exposes you to more germs than sharing mascara with that assistant who keeps getting pinkeye. (We're not going to even guess what else might be in there...) It's also hard to feel satisfied when you're thoughtlessly shoveling forkfuls of salad into your mouth while using a pencil to dig crouton crumbs out of your keyboard. Your mind, body, and even your boss will be grateful if you take a break to nourish your body and brain and then get back to work feeling re-energized instead of crazed.

4. Make Food Fun
It's time to stop feeling guilty for enjoying cupcakes and pizza and other foods that are supposed to be enjoyable! Don't mindlessly eat packaged cookies or Cheetos from the vending machine at work, and instead plan to celebrate with food at least once a month at a holiday, family gathering, or girly happy hour. This will help make it easier to eat healthy the rest of the time and allow to you look forward to guilt-free splurges that you can truly enjoy.

5. Complete our Magical Master Plan
If you pick up a copy of Live Like a Hot Chick and complete our Magical Master Plan, we are pretty sure that in just a few weeks you will see the chaos or monotony of your life begin to transform into the life of your dreams.

6. Fit In Fitness
It's hard to feel your best at work or play if you don't work your body, too. Exercise is not a luxury, and this year you should begin to treat it like the necessity that it is. It may be hard, but find ways to fit in fitness wherever you can, whether it's taking a walk during your lunch break, a 6 a.m. hike with your dog, or a mommy & me yoga class with your little one. Oh, and sex (if you're doing it right), totally counts as exercise, too. And if it's been awhile, we recommend you stretch first, or it'll leave you just as sore a 10K marathon.

7. Stop Competing, Comparing, and Cutting Down
Make a resolution to stop looking for flaws on celebrities, your friends, and especially yourself! Hot Chicks don't compete with other women, and constantly talking crap about other ladies just makes you look jealous, LSE* and possibly crazy. When you choose to compliment another woman instead of cutting her down, you are making the world a more hospitable place for all of us. Cut the cattiness, and choose instead to focus on the beauty of other women, and it will be so much easier to see your own.

8. Do Your Job--But Know When to Stop
Make 2011 the year when decide to stop letting your work life be your whole life. The most super savvy Hot Chicks on the job know how to unplug and power down so they can recharge and show up to work the next day feeling sharp and sexy. Stop sending emails from your blackberry while you're in bed with your man, quit canceling dates to work late, and make sure that your color coded schedule in that fancy I-phone you got from Santa has a nice balance of fun with friends penciled in between all those meetings, conferences, and business trips.

9. Clear out the Clutter
Make this the year that you clear out all of the toxic garbage in your life, whether that's a sequined tube top that hasn't fit you since 1999, an unhealthy relationship, or a friendship that no longer serves you. In order to make room for new healthy, positive things and people in your life, you need to clear out the clutter, and the start of the New Year is the perfect time to do so.

10. Obsess on Abundance
When you see that delicious glass of chardonnay as being half empty and waste time thinking about all things you don't have, (like an I-Pad, a better paying job, or the right man), you're totally missing out on life. Look around and see how lucky you are to have a computer, any job at all in this economy, and the freedom to enjoy your single life, and more good things will come to you. By focusing on abundance, we're pretty sure that by the end of 2011, you'll have gotten that I-pad, a raise, and at the very least, laid.

11. Let Yourself Love
Every single one of you Hot Chicks deserves to find a love that is inspiring, nurturing, and freaking hot and steamy as hell! Life's too short to miss out on love, and we don't want to hear any excuses like how there are no good guys out there, all the good ones are gay or taken, or that you just don't have time to meet people. That's a load of crap and you know it. Whether you're newly single, have never been in a relationship, or are in the wrong relationship, make 2011 the year that you go after love with reckless abandon. We promise you won't regret it...
