Denver-based ProLogis in merger talks. Denver-based industrial real estate giant ProLogis is in talks with San Francisco-based AMB Property Corp. about a potential merger of the companies.
The companies would combine in an all-stock, at-market transaction based on the trading prices of the two companies' stock before reports of a possible merger were published.
While the companies confirmed the merger talks, they said they intend to make no further comment unless and until a definitive agreement is reached or negotiations are terminated.
